After saying our final goodbyes to Rome, we went on our way to the historic San Callisto Catacombs. We walked through the catacombs deep beneath the surface.
From there, we ventured to Sperlonga. After the hustle and bustle of Florence and Rome, it was exciting to see the beaches!! The hot sun, white sand, and blue water make for a relaxing recipe. To top it off, we celebrated Damian's birthday! What an experience.
Tomorrow, class and exploring the waterfront!
