Our arrival to Hotel Hermes was much needed after a long travel night. The hotel is incredible, especially the views of the water.

Knossos Palace and Crete!
We enjoyed a night at sea onboard the Knossos Ferry from Athens to Crete. Once we arrived in Crete in the morning, we were taken to the Palace of Knossos. This palace was the centre of Minoan Civilization before being taken over by the Mycenaean Greeks. We walked through a palace that was home to a civilization about 3000 years ago.
